I originally purchased the ceramic water pipe adapter to use with my water pipe on occasion. Instead , I use it for my all the time mouthpiece. Everything about it is better than the original one. The permanent screen is steel compared to the restrictive plastic one in the original top/ mouthpiece assembly. It makes drawing easier and more enjoyable than the small swivel one. It also cleans much easier as well. 5 stars all day in my book
