Free Shipping? Seriously?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders.  Typical shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. We are based in NJ, packages to the west coast typically takes a minimum of 3 business days to arrive.

All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, most are shipped same day if the order is placed before 4pm EST.  Please understand that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to crappy weather, busy holidays, natural disasters, etc.

All of our packages are shipped via USPS. We also offer expedited priority shipping for orders. Tacking numbers are activated once it passes through USPS systems which may take up to 24hrs.

When will my package arrive?

Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location with our FREE shipping option. Priority shipping typically arrives between 1-3 business days.

We ship from New Jersey. The closer you are to us, the faster your package will be delivered to you. Please understand that once USPS has your package, we have no control over the delivery date and there may be delays due to various reasons. Your package should arrive on the date indicated by your tracking number.

How Discreet Are Your Packages?

All of our packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes or USPS priority boxes.

However, "Dank Geek" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you offer discounts to active military or veterans?

We absolutely do! We love the men & women who serve our country and will provide lifetime discounts to those who can validate their service. Please email (info@dankgeek) us a photo of your military ID and we will reply back with your own personal discount code. Thank you for serving our country!

No Paypal?! Why??

Sorry!!! We do not accept Paypal due to their restrictions on Glass Pipes sales.

My Item(s) Arrived Broken! What Should I Do? :` (

Dont worry, we got your back! The Dank Geek goes to great lengths to ensure your item(s) arrive the same way they left our facility. However, mistakes may occur. In the highly unlikely event you receive your item(s)broken, KEEP the box and packing materials. Take detailed and clear pictures of the broken item(s) and box so we may make a claim with the carrier.

We will issue a shipping label if we need you to ship the damaged item(s) back to us. Otherwise toss it in the trash and DO NOT attempt to fix/use as you may be injured from broken glass. No matter what the outcome, we will send you a brand new replacement or issue a full refund!

Whats The Deal With Sales Tax?

Only item(s) shipped to New Jersey will be taxed. 

Doh! I Broke My Pipe!

Dont stress, it happens to the best of us. The Dank Geek is here to help!

1.Write on a sheet of paper "Help Me Dank Geek!" with your name/username & take a picture of your broken/damaged/worn-out pipe or piece with that note. 

2.Post & Tag us on one of our Instagram/Twitter/Facebook pages.

3.We will send you a personalized coupon code to get in your hands your new favorite pipe/piece!

I've Found The Same Item(s) At A Cheaper Price, Do You Price Match?

Yes!  Email us the item link and we will match it! We price match on post shipping cost, some websites/sellers charge less for products but they do not provide free shipping and your total cost may pay more with their shipping cost added.

If another vendor price matches us, we will give you another 5% off their best price and 10% off your next order.

How Are Your "Dank Geek" Water Pipes/Rigs/Pieces so affordable?

We cut out the middlemen and work directly with our world wide manufacturers and pass the savings to our customers.  We never work with "wholesale" websites or brokers. We also employ on-site Quality Control specialists to inspect our products before we receive them. This limits our loss from having to destroy products we deem unworthy. The products go through another round of quality control when we receive them before they are shipped to you. This ensures our customers will receive the best glass.

You will never have to deal with a middleman. All returns, replacements, exchanges, questions are handled and backed by The Dank Geek.
