Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes or Gift Cards For My Order?

Only one coupon code or gift card can be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email our customer service immediately. Contact us using the form below.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How does Price Match Guarantee work?

We'll match anyone's advertised price on known brands. Please send a screen shot and a link to the items you're interested in that you've found at a lower price elsewhere. You can email our customer service before you place your order or up to 24 hours after you place order for a refund of the difference.

Shipping

Free Shipping? Seriously?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $40.  Typical shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. We are headquartered in GA, but we have fulfillment facilities Nationwide.

We aim to ship our orders within 24-48 hours. Please understand that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances, including, but not limited, to crappy weather, busy holidays, natural disasters, etc.

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. Some large cost electronic items may be shipped with FedEx.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. Shipping internationally requires complex documentation and tariffs to be paid by customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We only ship using standard shipping methods. This can be USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping normally takes 3-7 days after your order has shipped, but processing can take up to 48 hours. Please reach out if you have a question about your order using the form below.

How Discreet Are Your Packages?

All of our packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes or USPS priority boxes.

However, Seed to Sold or Dank Geek will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns and Refunds

What's DankGeek's return policy?

Due to the nature of many products returns can't be accepted. However, we're humans and understand situations arise. So reach out and we'll do our best to be reasonable.

If a return is authorized, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

If a product arrives damaged, or a manufacturing defect is identified, please send an email as soon as possible. Our care team will be able to provide a replacement, or help you redeem a manufacturing warranty in the case of defective electronics. Photo or video evidence of breakage or defect may be required.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed 24 hours after we receive your return. It can take 7-10 days from when we process your refund to receive your funds, depending on your bank.

My Item Arrived Broken! What Should I Do?

Don't worry, we got your back! The Dank Geek goes to great lengths to ensure your item(s) arrive the same way they left our facility. In the unlikely event you receive your item(s)broken, KEEP the box and packing materials. Take detailed and clear pictures of the broken item(s) and box so we may make a claim with the carrier.

We will issue a shipping label if we need you to ship the damaged item(s) back to us. Otherwise toss it in the trash and DO NOT attempt to fix/use as you may be injured from broken glass. No matter what the outcome, we will send you a brand new replacement or issue a full refund!
