Free & Fast Discreet Shipping on all U.S.A orders!

All orders to addresses within the United States qualify for Free Shipping. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and USPS postal service does not operate on Sundays as well. Typical ship time is between 2-5 business days. Please understand that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to crappy weather, busy holidays, natural disasters, etc.

Priority shipping is calculated from the date your order ships, not from purchase date. Priority orders are processed and packed before FREE SHIPPING orders and packed in the order it was received.

Once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed, you will get an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. All orders are packed and shipped in discreet plain boxes.  There are no discernible markings/logos/words to identify the contents of your package.

We provide flat rate shipping for Canadian orders:

$4.99 for orders up to $79 and $9.99 for orders above $80.

For Canadian customers, please allow 6-12 business days for your package to arrive. Custom clearance and your location will affect delivery time. 

We provide flat rate shipping for U.K. and EU orders:

$10.95 for orders up to $29.99

$14.95 for orders $30 to $79.99

$19.95 for orders $80 and above

For items weighing 3lbs and up: $29.95 USPS Priority Shipping

For U.K. / EU customers, please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. Custom clearance and your location will affect delivery time. 

If shipping to your country is not available, it means we have not shipped to there before. Please contact us to request shipping to your country and we will see if we can accommodate. Not all countries will be added due to policy.

International Shipping Customs & Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to know the import laws regarding tobacco pipes/vaporizers/smoking accessories for their countries and the customer takes the risk and responsibility of custom seizure/destroyed items. If your package is seized and/or destroyed by customs, we will not attempt a redeliver of a replacement.

Any used products cannot be returned/exchanged.

The Dank Geek understands that sometimes you change your mind on a purchase, or you saw something else you want, we've all been there before. In the highly unlikely event you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us at within 3 days of receiving the package and let us know if you would like a return or exchange**.

We do not charge a restocking fee like other online headshops. However, the customer will have to pay for their own shipping when returning the item(s).

Returns/Exchanges without RMA numbers will not be accepted

Please see below for the return/exchange process:

    1. Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery date
    2. Item(s) must be in original, brand new (unused*) condition.
    3. Item(s) not received within 10 days of return request will be denied refund
    4. Please be sure to include your order number and item(s) list you plan to return in your email. 
    5. Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
    6. Please package item(s) in same way it was received, We encourage you to purchase insurance for the amount of purchase price.  Item(s) received damaged or lost will not be refunded.
    7. Item(s) must be returned in full, missing parts and/or accessories can void your return or you may be charged up to 70% of total cost.
    8. Once inspected and approved for refund, a full refund for purchase price will be issued.

        Assuming all conditions above are met, you will be refunded the entire within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item(s). 

        We also offer store credit in the amount of your purchase order as a option to a full refund.

        Damaged Item(s):

        DankGeek meticulous packs every package with great care to ensure your glass products arrive the way it left our facility, intact! We take great pride and care of our products as if it was our baby. We understand that accidents happen and in the highly unlikely event your item(s) arrived damaged we will replace the damaged item(s).

        We are not liable for damaged items outside of shipping, if you broke your item from an accident or for whatever reason besides shipping damage, we are not liable to send you a replacement or refund.

        Please DO NOT use damaged/defective item(s) or attempt to fix!

        You MAY NOT need to send back broken glass item(s)

        Please see below for the replacement process:

        1. Call or E-mail us within 24 hours of product delivery. Damages notified beyond 24 hours will be assumed item was broken while in your possession. 
        2. Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND 3-4 high res pictures of the damaged item(s) and email us.
        3. We will send you an RMA number and a return shipping label (for non-glass products).
        4. Repackage the item in the box it arrived in, and send it back
        5. Receive brand new replacement.

          DO NOT use the item(s). Please call or email us within 48 hours. We will either send you a shipping label to return the item, or let you keep it and we will send you the correct item. Either way, you will get what you ordered.
