Hi Rohnda. So sorry you had a nad experience with these bongs. This is the nature with acrylic pipes. The seal can always allow some air through. These are the best quality acryclic bongs on the market. If you're looking for tight seals I suggest you upgrade to glass on glass bongs for a perfect seal. In the mean time, I'll have the the team give you a partial refund on your order of 20% and 20% coupon code for any future order. Once again, sorry you weren't happy with the seals. Maybe your package was stolen? Whatever happened we sent you a completely new bong. Obviously we're here to fix things, so a one-star review is not fail and won't solve your problem.
