Well, I received my pretty 5 inch pipe but it’s got a little flaw…. It hits good it’s just crooked probably when the glass was blown….. I can hit though!

It showed the package being returned to sender due to an insufficient address, and the delivery scan you’re referring to was the package being delivered back to the original sender, not to you. We reached out on February 24 to let you know the package was being returned and offered either a reshipment or a refund. We followed up again on February 26 since we hadn’t heard back. Once we received your request for a refund, we processed the refund on February 27 and sent confirmation by email. We’re sorry this situation was frustrating, and we genuinely tried to resolve it by contacting you proactively and processing the refund once we heard back. We do feel disappointed receiving two 1-star reviews even though the issue was addressed and the refund was completed. If you review the email confirmations we sent, you should see the refund notification there.

I don’t think I should have to pay extra to be sure it arrives unbroken. This is the only company I know that charges it.
Update: So I have bought several things before I bought this piece and was asked about the protection. Within hours of this review being posted my account was refunded the $2.55 and I received an email explaining that I didn’t have to buy it. It’s extra assurance from lost or stolen packages. That would have been enough without the refund. But thank you DankGeek. You were already my go-to. I’ve been super happy with both the quality of products as well as great prices.

I love this little thing. I'm not going to do 5 sartz just because I can't figure out how to do the insert without burning it up on the next dab. But I love the banger and the cap. I use the insert but not every go.

Took it apart to clean the other components. Tried charging the battery and it just keeps blinking white. No charge and cannot use now. Had to submit a claim only 2 weeks later.

Great bong but the delivery can be problematic because there's no fragile label and the first one I got came broken and could've use more reinforced packaging, the second one was sent with more rapping for protection but lower risk because the bong was sent by itself instead of being packaged with another rig like the first one and with slightly minimal rapping.
