I ordered a bong accessory and recieved the wrong attachment angle. TWICE!!! How do you get it wring twice in a row? By not paying attention. Apologies dont mean anything if you dont fix the problem.
The bong is perfect nothing with it and it was a good price I will visit this store again
My beaker-style glass piece is a nice thick glass, and the additional bowl pieces are large capacity and fit nicely. Shopping and shipping was a breeze!
Got it all excited thought it was filled with something special but it was just a strange looking piece of glass and look like it was for sucking nectar out of a tree. I tossed it.
Delivered in reasonable time. Works great. Will buy again.

Quality glass for the price, well-made and heavy-duty. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of drag when drawing. The diffuser only has 6 slits and really needs double or triple that amount for better airflow. Great build quality, but the functionality falls short.
Hello Chet,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you appreciate the sturdy build and glass quality of the Human Grade 18' Tube Straight Glass Water Pipe. We understand your concerns about the airflow and the number of diffuser slits. We appreciate your suggestions for improving the design and will keep them in mind. Thank you for your support!
