Not the right size, but great customer service

I purchased two different types of 9mm slides, and this one was too large for my pipe. Customer service was very quick to send me a replacement, since glass items can have small variations in size due to the manufacturing process. Unfortunately the second one was also too big. It's possible this style is actually 9mm and the other one was accidentally smaller (and the pipe is not 9mm as advertised), so I'm still giving it 4 starts for solid construction and amazing customer service.
