The DUO is the perfect vaporizer for both concentrates and flower. To use the DUO, simply follow these steps:
Charge the device using the included USB-C charging wire. The DUO features fast charging and pass-thru charging, so you can use it while it charges.
Choose your material and load it into the 16mm bowl using the included loading tool.
Turn on the device by pressing the power button five times. The LED display will turn on and show the current temperature.
Set your desired temperature using the up and down buttons on the device. The temperature on the display is the actual temperature of the bowl.
Wait for the device to heat up. The DUO features rapid heat up and haptic feedback to let you know when it's ready.
Inhale from the borosilicate mouthpiece and enjoy the flavor, potency, and effects of your material.
The DUO is built to last and requires minimal maintenance. To keep your DUO in top condition, follow these tips:
Clean the borosilicate mouthpiece after each use with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol.
Remove the airway path and soak it in isopropyl alcohol for a few hours to remove any buildup. Rinse with water and let it dry completely before reassembling.
Use the included hex key to remove the atomizer and clean it with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol. Do not soak the atomizer in alcohol.
Use a soft cloth to wipe down the device and keep it free of dust and debris.

Just got my high five duo vape a week ago now and I love it very well built very good draw heats up fast easy controls base and glass have lights can turn on or off the hit extender is a great idea base doesn't get hot battery last me all day and night and am a heavy smoker can also use the unit well charging type c charger smart only bad thing is they clam its for flower and wax but no bowl for the flower kind of flase statement I email high five company and they said maybe this winter 300 dollar and it doesn't do what they say it can wish the glass piece was taller also only about 3.5 inches hits good and when you can get the herb bowel it will be awesome also Alex at dank geek is super at quick response with any question or with delivery thank you dank geek and Alex. I won't ramble on about everything that's great about this thing. Just read the description, it is everything it says it is. I've been using it for 5 days now and love it. I highly recommend this to anyone that likes other e-rigs like the Peak but shy away from them due to some of the atomizer and clogging issues. Just really well done. Looking forward to adding a hand-blown mouth piece attachment now.
