Pushing the boundaries of legal social consumption, Jane’s events drew both public attention and legal scrutiny. In 2014, her 4/20 brunch was raided by a SWAT team, resulting in criminal charges, probation, and a ban on hosting cannabis-friendly gatherings in Denver.

With no official job in the sector—just experience, passion, and a fresh criminal record—Jane wasn’t sure she had all the answers. The response was overwhelming—over 100,000 people have since attended Women Grow events, proving the demand for female leadership in the space. After two years of building the movement, Jane pivoted again, setting out to create something personal: a line of stylish, high-quality cannabis accessories for flower lovers like herself.

Her vision? A sophisticated collection of glassware, dugouts, and one-hitters that fit seamlessly into everyday life. She built her company on the values of inclusivity and representation, securing funding from small investors and ensuring that 80% of the company is owned by women and people of color.
