I use a metal 4-piece grinder to reduce large flowers to small chunks for vaporization. When I got the Volcano I received this grinder and the instructions taught me that I could re-grind material to a finer powder and then re-vaporize. It's amazing!
Fast forward a year or so and over time I had acquired similar grinders that I thought would do the same thing (wrong!). Since this grinder is a color I don't particularly like, I stupidly threw it out and expected to use one of the other "prettier" grinders in its place. All grinders are not created equal and this one is designed and crafted to do a great job. I'm now buying it again and throwing all other plastic grinders out since they barely improve on the grind I get from my metal 4-piece grinder.

Great Grinder

I'm writing this review because I feel that it needs a bit more said about the product above. I have had this grinder since i got my 1st volcano, and it has proved its durability and value time and time again. I have gone through multiple Space Case 4-piece grinders in the time that I have had this one. Since I exclusively vaporize, I need a 1-stage grinder with closely spaced teeth that can pulverize material down to near powder. This grinder fits the bill exactly! I lost the clear cover that you can use for storage fairly quickly, but the ability to use one half as a tray for dumping the other is useful more often than not. People are always confused when I tell them that I'll have to put it through this grinder, even if they already used their 4-piece. It's a slick, well performing product that I endorse all the way! Not only would I recommend this product, I would say that it is a must for all vaporizer owners. Oh yeah, and it's orange. Orange is a nice color! Florida Oranges! ORANGE YOU GLAD YOU GOT THIS GRINDER? I am!
