Shipping Protection by Route

Route Package Protection is a service you can add at checkout which protects your package against loss, theft, and damage. It also makes your shipping 100% carbon neutral, contributing to a more sustainable environment.

When you add Route Package Protection at checkout, your package is insured against loss, theft, and damage. If any of these events occur, Route will work with you to replace or refund your order.

Route Package Protection makes your shipping 100% carbon neutral. This means that for every ton of CO2 a delivery produces, an equivalent amount is offset by funding projects that reduce greenhouse gases. You can learn more at route.com/sustainability.

You can add Route Package Protection to your order at the checkout. Simply select the Route Package Protection option before you finalize your purchase.

If you have added Route Package Protection to your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim with Route. They will work with you to replace or refund your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
