One substantial flaw in the Sipper and it’s this piece

I love our Sipper, it’s awesome! The only gripe I really have is this piece and its size. It’s too short for A LOT of vape carts (at least here in Washington) and subsequently they jam up to the top and refuse to release vapor, which causes clogs and sticky messes, and subsequently no high. When we have a “tall” cart - which is unfortunately frequent it seems for this - we have to precariously hold the glass piece above the base a bit in order to actually work. It’s not a fun experience especially by contrast to how awesome the Sipper is with shorter carts. I really hope Pulsar releases a taller airflow valve option so the Sipper is more functional and we can reach for it more often. It’s a big caveat we emphasize in recommending the Sipper as of now.
