Sold me a blocked ash catcher, and won't respond to my e-mails

I've emailed returns twice about the ash catcher appearing to have blocked air flow. I explained in the e-mail that when prepping the item, I noticed that the alcohol did not move freely through the honeycomb. Blowing air through it is extremely difficult.
