Description

The Kozo Window 2.5" is a four-piece aluminum herb grinder with a clear viewing window in the lid, so you can check the grind without opening it. The 2.5 inch (about 63mm) body is a middle size that works at home and travels well. Under the lid, the layout is grinding chamber, storage chamber and a kief tray beneath a stainless steel mesh screen, so ground herb and fine pollen stay separate. A strong neodymium magnet holds the lid, and a pollen scraper is included for the kief. Colors run from Black, Silver and Gold to Multicolor, Pink and Rose Gold, nine in all, each with the Kozo logo on the lid.

The window is the feature that sets it apart from the standard 2.5 inch grinders in our 4-part grinders. Keep it clear with a soft microfiber cloth and a little isopropyl alcohol, and skip sharp tools or stiff brushes because they can scratch or cloud it. Do not soak the lid. A regular brush-out after sessions keeps the threads smooth, and our cleaning tools cover what you need for the rest.

How do I clean the window without scratching it?

Wipe both sides with a soft microfiber cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Avoid metal scrapers, sharp tools and stiff brushes, which can scratch or cloud it.

What should I check before the first use?

Wipe the pieces with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol, rinse and dry them, then screw the grinder together to confirm the threads turn smoothly and the lid magnet holds.

Should I soak the lid when I deep clean?

No. Soak the metal body pieces only, and clean the windowed lid by hand with a cloth. Dry every piece completely before you reassemble.
