Description
Description
The DaVinci IQ3 21700 Battery is a replacement and spare cell for the DaVinci IQ3. It is a 3.7 volt, 15 amp, 4000mAh lithium-ion battery, the same type that ships with the device, and DaVinci rates it for up to 90 minutes of use per charge. Because the IQ3's battery is removable, a charged spare means you can swap cells in seconds and keep going instead of waiting on a charger. You can charge it in the IQ3 over USB-C or in an external charger that supports 21700 cells.
Run time drops at higher temperatures, so if you favor the upper Smart Paths or long sessions, a second battery makes a real difference. For storage, DaVinci recommends removing the battery when the IQ3 is not in use to avoid damage or corrosion, and always carry spares in a battery case rather than loose in a pocket with keys or coins. While you are stocking up, a spare IQ3 Pearl and Gasket and Zirconia Mouthpiece cover the other parts that wear with regular use. Find more accessories in our DaVinci collection.
If you take your IQ3 out for the day, a spare 21700 is the single most useful accessory you can carry. It turns 90 minutes of runtime into three hours.
