The description is spot on, read it again. This thing has zero air flow restriction. You can take a rip as large as the breath you can take in. I use it with a healthstone and it is seriously the best hit EVER.
Those things being said I want to tell you about Hemper, the brand that makes this bong. They have some really nice designs and I own a few of them now, always happy but you should know that their glass is incredibly thin. I mean, this rig weighs a couple ounces I would guess.
Super low prices and unique designs makes up for the lightweight glass, in my opinion. Although I do wish I could find this exact rig in some 9mm glass.
