The Palm Pro offers an auto-draw mechanism, a magnetic 510-thread connection, adjustable airflow control, and three voltage settings (2.8V, 3.2V, 3.6V), making it highly convenient. The device also comes with a 10-second preheat mode for optimal performance. It has a simplistic design with a minimal power button, an airflow collar, and a temperature indicator. The device is powered by a 500mAh battery and includes a Type-C cable for easy charging.

How to Start:

Before using the Palm Pro for the first time, ensure it is fully charged. To turn on the device, press the power button five times consecutively. Then, press and hold the power button to adjust the voltage settings as desired. The LED indicators will flash three times, indicating the current voltage setting in use.

To activate the 10-second preheat function, press the power button twice rapidly. During the preheating process, the LED temperature indicators will flash and stop once it's finished. To stop the preheating, press the power button once.

To turn off the Palm Pro, press the power button five times.

What is the Function of the Airflow Collar?

Using the airflow collar, you can customize the airflow according to your preference. Adjusting the collar towards the left will create less dense clouds while shifting it towards the right will produce warm and more flavorful clouds. Keeping the collar in the middle will give you a balanced experience with flavorful clouds.

How to Load Oils:

Firstly, remove the mouthpiece from the cartridge. Load the desired amount of oils into the cartridge, then attach one of the magnetic adapters to the glass cartridge before screwing on the mouthpiece. Next, reinsert the glass cartridge into the chamber. Congratulations! You are now ready to take a puff and enjoy.

How to Charge:

Make sure to remove the cartridge before charging the device. Upon receiving the unit, charge it for 90 minutes initially. When you detach the charging cable, you will see the LED indicator lights flash five times.

The LED temperature indicators will flash during the charging process to indicate the battery level. Once the device is fully charged, all three LED temperature indicators will flash three times.

Troubleshooting:

The device will automatically stop if the session exceeds 10 seconds to prevent overheating.
