This kit includes 5 replacement O-rings sized for the parts of your DynaVap that see the most heat: Stainless Steel Tips including the M, Titanium Tips, and the OmniVap Condenser and Mouthpiece Assemblies. These are the small rubber seals that keep a snug, airtight fit between the Tip and cap or between condenser sections, and they are built to hold up under repeated heat cycling rather than the milder wear a standard O-ring sees elsewhere on the device. Over time these seals lose their grip from heat and friction, which shows up as a loose feeling cap, a draw that pulls in extra air, or dark marks where the seal has started to break down. Swapping in a fresh set from this kit restores that tight fit in a couple of minutes.
Keeping a spare kit on hand is a smart habit rather than a luxury: O-rings are cheap and take seconds to replace, but a worn one can throw off your draw and airflow without an obvious cause. Our advice is to check the fit any time your cap starts spinning or slipping more than usual rather than waiting for it to fail outright.
