Description

The DynaVap Condenser O-Ring Replacement Kit restocks the small seals that keep your condenser assembly airtight. Each kit includes two small O-rings and one large O-ring, sized to fit snugly into the grooves of a DynaVap condenser so the joint holds vacuum the way it did when the device was new. These rings are a wear item: heat cycles from repeated torch or induction sessions gradually stiffen and shrink rubber seals, and a condenser that no longer seals tight will pull noticeably thin, airy hits even if the rest of the device is in good shape.

Swapping them takes a couple of minutes with no tools, you just work the old rings off the condenser grooves and roll the new ones into place by hand. In our opinion, this is one of the cheapest ways to keep an older DynaVap device performing like new, and it's worth keeping a spare kit on hand rather than waiting until a session goes flat. One thing to note: this kit is sized for standard DynaVap condensers and is not compatible with the OmniVap, so OmniVap owners should look at DynaVap's High-Temp O-Ring Kit instead. Tip: while you have the condenser apart, it's a good time to also check the CCD screen for buildup and swap it if airflow feels restricted.
