Not what I expected sadly

I was introduced to your product by my daughter who has one of your glass bongs. It burned and pulled so well I decided to try one, but because I have trouble with my hands, I decided to get one made of this material because of its sturdiness. But to Marsha Green, this one does not pull very well. Can’t get a decent toke. I have experimented with the water level, but to no avail..
