No. It's cut for the Pivot's mouthpiece seat, which isn't shared with the Peak, Peak Pro or Proxy. Those each take their own glass, so check which device you have before ordering.

A little, and in a good way. The extra glass gives vapor a slightly longer path before it reaches your lips, so it lands a touch cooler than the stock top. Airflow itself is unrestricted, so you're not trading draw for it.

Don't let it sit dirty. Opaque white shows staining that clear glass hides, so rinse it after heavy sessions and soak it in isopropyl every week or so. Once discoloration sets into the surface it's very hard to pull back out.

Better to pull it off. It's a solid piece of glass sticking out of the top of the device, so it takes the impact first if the case gets dropped or crushed in a bag. Storing it separately costs you a few seconds.
