Update on Milton 10/15/24:
Our warehouse in Asheville is up and running. Orders are being shipped. We have a lot of catching up to do, but we're hard and have gotten all delayed orders in route. We don't anticipate further interruptions, but some shipping services are still facing delays. As we recover from Helene we're bracing for Milton. We don't anticipate Milton to impact our East Coast warehouse, however, regional shipping services are expected to be severely impacted. If you're in the path of Milton our thoughts are with you and we hope you're staying safe.

Update on Helene 10/9/24:
Our Asheville warehouse is up and running again and our employees are accounted for. However, we're still catching up sending out all shipment and USPS, UPS, and FedEx are facing significant delays.

Update 10/2/23:
We're very sad to inform you that our shipping operations have been significantly impacted by Hurricane Helene.
Our primary warehouse is located in Asheville NC, which is facing power outages and significant flooding. UPS, FedEx, and USPS are currently not providing services to our area.
Our West Coast warehouses are still shipping, but if your delivery address is in the South East, shipping will still be interrupted.
Our shipping estimator is providing inaccurate shipping times.
