Products can take up to 48 hours to ship from our warehouse. However, most items ship within 24 hours. You'll receive a shipment notification as soon as your products are on their way.

We offer returns and refunds on unused products. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, just contact our customer service.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
