Product will significantly decrease in battery life and customer service will js tell u to f*ck yourself with no refund. I feel scammed. This product is terrible for the price! Within a month of use, the battery life went from like 10 hits off a fully charged battery to 5, then from there it just kept going down.

Since your purchase was made more than three months ago, we aren’t able to issue a refund on our end. That said, we did offer you a 30% store credit toward a future purchase, as we understand you’d prefer to invest in a rig instead.
I know this isn’t the resolution you were hoping for, but Puffco’s warranty team is the best avenue to have the device repaired or replaced.

Smooth rips great flavor and creamy tase on lower settings and hard white clouds on high settings 10/10 it’s smaller then i expected but still would recommend just based on price alone it’s that puffco quality at 1/2 the price

the new peak is awesome and it works great i have no complaints with the device but if you wanna take fat boogers like me you either have to buy a custom 3gxl atomizer or upgrade to the peak pro. if you have the money, just splurge on the pro you wont regret it
