I used it once, and threw it in the garbage. It leaked out the base and ruined a wood table. I have used this type of bong for over 40 years. Never had one leak.
It's fine but the fact that I have to pay for this sort-of assurance is, at best, cringey.

Center piece inside the bomb bubble was broken in arrival. Still worink for a replacement.

Yes, 19 days ago is pretty long ago, still waiting. I wrote customer service last week and they wanted photos of the unpacking of the box it was supposed to be in. I remember unpacking but the stuff is long gone. Kind of unreasonable to expect me to keep trash in my house. Have not heard a word from the dankgeek since I wrote them. Not the best of experiences.
