Customer service was great. After my first order got lost, I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. I appreciated that.

The thinness water pipe I’ve have ever seen. I didn’t know if it would make it through a hot water washing. So I washed it with water… it made through it…but
broke drying it off. Less than 20 minutes after I received it….JUNK!!!!
