I’ll speak on the product first. It amazing and I absolutely love it. I ordered mine in lavender, and the color matches the photo exactly. The design is so eloquent and it’s overall way better in person.
I chilled mine in the freezer before I used it and I was extremely impressed with how amazing it worked. Also, none of the pieces were broken and it was wrapped like 3-4 times in bubble wrap with peanuts. UPS was also handled with care when bringing it to my door.

Now as far as the service, that gets a one fucking star. Absolutely atrocious. When I ordered this bong I got it with the 2 to 3 day shipping. It takes them 48 hours SUPPOSEDLY to process the order. I placed my order on Feb 7th, was supposed to get it Feb 16th and didn’t get it until Feb 20th. I emailed them twice and got no response. It wasn’t until I tried to dispute the charge (because I thought it was a scam) that my order somehow magically started processing. I don’t think I’ll order from here again but I am glad I got this amazing piece.
