Misinformation you need to know

First off this device states that it connects with a five XLR female adapter but that is just incorrect you must buy the coil from this brand due to them purposely trying to make their coils exclusive for their rigs second if you use any other coil you will need an adapter of which they do not sell on this website and if you plug in your coil from another company there’s a chance you will destroy the entire device. And if this review isn’t on the website tomorrow when I check I will personally start making the customer service peoples lives hell because this is the 3rd review they have deleted

Customer service sucks

After receiving My daughter Vici come to find out that it’s not compatible with third-party pin configurations because this company specifically re-ordered there pins so that way other brands wouldn’t work. No customer service help and they even sent me the wrong color on my device after they canceled my first tracking number and didn’t give me the new one.
