Our distribution centers are operational and orders are being fulfilled on a regular schedule. We do not anticipate a complete shut-down of operations at this time. However, we are monitoring live updates and instructions provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local public health offices. Due to the smaller number of staff at this time, we’re running 3 - 4 business days behind on shipments, and you may experience shipping delays with your order as USPS announced service delays for their First Class and Priority shipping services.

Our Distribution Centers
Our distribution centers are operational and orders are being fulfilled on a regular schedule. We do not anticipate a complete shut-down of operations at this time. However, we are monitoring live updates and instructions provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local public health offices. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the global supply chain, we anticipate some product shortages over the coming months. We will be doing our best to keep your favorite products available online for purchase.
During this time we are enforcing strict internal health protocols:
•All on-premise staff must maintain a distance of at least 6-8 feet of personal space of all times.
•Employees have been asked to work remotely where possible.
•All employees are required to wear gloves and masks when handling inventory or packing orders.
•Order packing stations, supplies, and carts are being wiped and sanitized throughout the day.
•All employees have been offered additional sick days and have been asked to stay home if showing any symptoms what-so-ever.
